Tips for the Chef:
- Fry in a pan 10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped, and a little chilli pepper. Add the still frozen product and stir fry for 3 minutes, adding 1/2 glass of white wine. Wait for another 3 minutes until the wine evaporates and add 350 g of chopped tomatoes with salt.
Cook for another 5 minutes, add the pasta and stir in chopped parsley for 2 minutes.
