Tips for the Chef:
Toast 500 g rice in a pan with olive oil and onion and reduce with wine and vegetable stock.
In another pan, fry 10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 sweet onion, finely chopped, and a little chilli pepper.
Add the still frozen product and stir fry for 3 minutes, adding 1/2 glass of white wine.
Cover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Add it to the rice until cooked, adding broth if necessary.
Stir in fresh parsley. Use it as a topping for pasta or toasted bread.
