Tips for the Chef:

  • Thaw the product in cold water, dry thoroughly, sprinkle with flour and fry in hot oil at 180 °C for about 6/7 minutes.
    Once cooked, remove the fish with a slotted spoon and place on several layers of kitchen towel.
