Tips for the Chef:

  • Cod with vegetables:

    thaw the product in cold water. Cut the product into 3 or 4 pieces.
    Cook the cherry tomatoes au gratin in the oven and set aside;
    steam green leafy vegetables and set aside. Cook the cod pieces au gratin
    in the oven at a high temperature for 7/8 minutes. Serve on a dish together with the tomatoes
    and the previously prepared vegetables and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and fresh thyme.
