Tips for the Chef:
Provencal-style cod fillets:
thaw the product in cold water, salt lightly and season with herbs de Provence.
Roll the fillet, tie with kitchen string and steam for 6/7 minutes. Boil the black rice separately
and season with a knob of salted butter. Serve and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
