Cubed zucchini, shelled shrimps or whiteleg shrimps, halved cherry tomatoes.

Tips for the Chef:
Fry chopped onion, carrot and celery in extra virgin olive oil, and cook for a few minutes.
Add the still frozen product and fry on a high heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of white wine, cover and continue cooking for a further 6 minutes. Afterwards, uncover and continue cooking for a further 5/6 minutes adding some salt, if required.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, two leaves of mint and use it as a topping for pasta or toasted bread.
