Tips for the Chef:
Fry 10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 onion, finely chopped, and a little chilli pepper in a pan.
Add the still frozen product and stir fry for 3 minutes, adding 1/2 glass of white wine and cover.
After 3 minutes, uncover and cook for another 5 minutes, add the pasta and stir in chopped parsley for 2 minutes.
